Self Build and Co Housing

Self builders and members of co-housing groups may find this site and development of interest.  The construction of blocks of houses could, for example, be project managed by joint owners.
 

A co housing group might consider purchase of the site and then selling on plots to its members and managing the development.
Other arrangements could be considered. 
 

A funding role for the the Ecology Building Society has been discussed with them, but other sources could be the Yorkshire Building Society, Buildstore and the Peterborough & Norwich Building Society among others who support self help developments
