As a niche development it is not likely the homes will be built by a well known house buider on a speculative basis. This means that the developer may well be looking for a firm commitment from buyers in order to have the confidence to go ahead. 

 

As a price guide, the homes which have already been designed will be competitive with similar sized and specified houses for sale in other favourable locations. Please note that elsewhere new 4 bedroom homes are in the main about 10% smaller.
