At the moment construction work on the site could take place by Gomersal Green Homes Ltd jointly with a partner or the land will be sold to a developer, in which case they will develop the site on their own, or to a group of individuals who are collaborating.

 

GGH Ltd would be amenable to discussing a sale by tranche payments; for example a certain sum initially and the remainder on the sale of each property. This would help the buyer/developer's cash flow.

 

However development takes place, the developer will be seeking buyers.

 

In these difficult times the development is much more likely to take place sooner if there are sufficient buyers "lined up" to occupy a first phase of homes built at the site.
