The layout of the three floors can be seen on the attached line drawing. You will neeed to rotate the view.
The main source of heating will be water heated via a ground source heat pump. The heated water will be fed to underfloor heating and to hot water taps. Cooking will be via electricity. At the moment it is not planned to supply gas to the site.
Total internal floorspace is some 133m2 (1460 sq ft) plus south facing first floor balcony. Externally each property has to the front or rear an unfenced space 5m x 4m and a garden 5m x 10m. End properties have larger gardens.
